Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, except as described in this policy or as required by applicable law. If you notice an error in your shipping address, email us right away at ZephyrDaPoet@gmail.com. We will try to correct it if your order has not yet shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing an out-of-stock or upcoming product that is not yet available in our inventory. Full payment will be collected at checkout, and your order will be fulfilled once the product becomes available.

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Once a pre-order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to our Return & Refund Policy like any other order.

Shipping Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the processing time stated in our Shipping Policy, or by the estimated ship date shown for a pre-order, we will notify you before that date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund to your original payment method.
